Communication will be done through Twitter or Discord.
The artist will not start on your commission until the payment is recieved.
The prices are in USD and the transaction will be done through PayPal invoice.
These are private commissions that are for personal use only. That means that it cannot be redistributed, mass-produced, sold.
The artist has the right to turn down any commission that she sees unfit to do.
The artist is not a NSFW artist. However, artistic nudity is fine.
If the artist cannot complete the commission, the client will be informed as soon as possible; will receive a full refund if not started and a partial refund if started.

The artist will either accept or reject your commission. The artist may not be able to pull the request off and wishes to not waste your money on a half-hearted art piece.
Once you reply, the artist will send you an invoice through PayPal, and will get to work!
Once you have paid, I will then do the following: sketch, lines, flat colors, and rendering
Each step will be approved by you before she starts the next phase! Please be active with your social media unless you fully trust the artist and do not want to receive messages constantly.
When she completes the commission, she shall send you the files through Google Drive and post the art on her social media sites. You are free to post them on yours as well, as long as you credit the artist or share the one that she posted.
The piece will be finished depending on the queue which is on a first-come-first-served basis.1. The artist sends out a message based on the queue confirming your order and that you all get the general idea of your commission. This is also so everyone can secure their payment.2. Those who answer first will progress to the next phase, but if multiple people respond simultaneously, then she will cater based on the queue.This system allows the artist to do her best for all her clients. Those who respond early will be able to move to the next phase while she waits for the responses of the others.The artist can notify you of your place in the queue upon request OR check out the public commission queue.
For private commissions, the artist will only draw non-copyright-protected or non-trademarked material. The client is responsible to check if the commission contains such material.
The artist's works are not allowed to be used as NFTs, or used on the blockchain/blockchain technology, any/all of her works used on blockchain websites and services are copyright infringements and will be reported.
The artist's works are not allowed to be changed or adjusted by machine learning or derived technologies, or for derivatives of her works to be created through the use of the above mentioned technologies.
The client has the right to use the image freely and distribute it, as long as it is not used commercially, no monetary gain is involved, and no rights are infringed. The artist will hold onto her rights to the commission as an artist, to reproduce the commissioned image and use it for prints, books, or other merchandise. If the original image was not purchased, she will retain the right to sell it.
Should the client decide to change or adjust the commissioned works through the use of machine learning or derived technologies, or create derivatives of the commissioned works through the use of machine learning or derived technologies, the artist will consider this an automatic purchase of exclusive rights and charge the standard fee per artwork. Please inquire about the exact fee for your commission in advance.

| Do you do reference sheets? | Yes! Though, depending on what you want you will be charged at a base price of $250. My standard reference sheets come with 1 fullbody, 2 facial expressions, and reference color formatting. |
| Can I have a copy without your watermark? | Sorry, but to ensure my credit and rights to the piece I cannot. |
| Do you do NSFW artwork? | No! I am not an NSFW artist. I will draw nudity, but nothing with sexual implications. |
| Can I turn the artwork into merchandise/print/apparel? | Sure! For personal use. Ensure my watermark is visible and that you do not sell it unless you hire me for commercial purposes. |
| Do you do full Illustrations? | Yes! It'll start at a base price of $200 and depending on complexity, an extra charge will be applied that sees fit. |

| Comercial Fees? | Please let me know upfront if you would like to buy commercial rights and we can discuss the commercial right fees. Most standard fees are ranging from $300-$1000 ontop of the commission price. |
